JALENAS
JALENAS is a high-speed broadband infrastructure project owned by Jalur Lebar Nasional Sdn. Bhd for an estimated total of 2.5 million home passes across the Malaysian peninsula. The JALENAS network will comprise an end-to-end fibre infrastructure that incorporates a nationwide Backhaul, Metropolitan Ethernet, and the last mile Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH). The primary objective of the network is to offer the end users a fast and convenient broadband experience based upon guaranteed quality of service achieved by employing the latest applicable technology and current best practices. The network operation is based on the 'Open Access' model with the JALENAS network serving as a utility that any service provider can use in competition with others to provide triple play services (internet, voice and video) to the end users.

Bridge provided a professional team of consultants to JALENAS in order to establish and initially operate the Programme Management Office with responsibility for the project governance (following PRINCE2), contractor management (commercial, technical specifications, scope, quality and acceptance), and act as the overall design authority for the project.

Bridge established and operated the Jalenas Engineering Division providing network architectural services including:
