As CEO and Founder of Bridge IT Engineering, Ravi is responsible for providing strategic direction and thought leadership. Ravi is a chartered engineer with over 25 years of extensive experience in the area of secure networks and terrestrial and satellite based telecommunications architectures. Ravi has provided specialist ICT consultancy services to a diverse range of clients, including leadership on major projects with Australian government agencies and high profile organisations in the Private Sector.

Ravi’s expertise includes: Secure Network Architecture, Satellite & Terrestrial Communications Engineering, Enterprise Network Architecture, Enterprise Network Management, and Voice & Data Integration.

Ali is a self-enterprising ICT professional with more than 12 years of experience in the ICT industry. He has a postgraduate degree in Masters of Science (Information Technology), and a Bachelors degree in Information Technology. In addition to his tertiary qualification he has several industry certification including EACoE, PRINCE 2, ITIL, CCNA, and MCSE.

Ali has a background and highly developed skills in both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry. As a Senior Consultant he has led several consultancies in different government and private agencies including but not limited to APEC 2007, Family Court of Australia, Geoscience Australia, Attorney General's Department, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Telstra, Optus and IBM. His role includes giving complex high level strategic, business analysis, project management, enterprise and systems architecture advice.

Hugh has over 20 years experience in the Information and Communications Technology industry with a strong background in systems integration projects and communications systems. During his career Hugh has demonstrated, through the delivery of a number of consultancies and major projects, a significant breadth and depth of knowledge in telecommunications, networking, messaging, server and desktop infrastructures, and information and network security.

Hugh's ability to operate at all levels, from gathering business requirements and formulating strategies, through to detailed technical problem solving, holds him in high regard with clients.

Jim Vann is a long-term sales professional, with an extensive and successful track record in the development and management of sales teams and the creation of net-new business. He has a natural talent for the early identification of new market opportunities and trends, and for the structuring and sales acquisition of large scale and complex business opportunities. These deals have generated long-term commercial and business value returns to client organisations.

Jim’s career spans over 25 years in management and senior sales appointments across a broad spectrum of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) organisations – NCR, IBM, Tandem Computers, Telstra Corporation and Avaya - in Australia and overseas. He has a very deep understanding of the interface between technology, business processes and an organisations evolving strategy. His ability to sophistically persuade in order to influence stakeholders or negotiate complex outcomes has made him a credible and committed advocate for the interests of both suppliers and customers.

Deepak is an ICT Security Consultant with over ten years of experience in the ICT industry. Deepak helps clients in both the Public and Private sectors to identify, quantify and manage their ICT security risks. With supplementary skills in software development, solution architecture and project management, Deepak assists our clients to embrace a holistic approach to ICT Security.

Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Information Security and Intelligence.
